WMAS have called 5 seperate meetings round the region at the 5 EOC's to tell the staff what is going to be said in the trust board meeting on the 25th June..... about time perhaps then we can have a full blown campaign based on facts and figures and the public will see what will happen to their Ambulance Service!

Can I ask if you know the name of the street, given the description "i'm between the post office and Roy Evans in oswestry" or
"Im at the bowling club, Shrewsbury"
or "im in a lay-by, there a mobile cafe called Granddads"
If you dont why not try asking your Ambulance control staff at Birmingham or Dudley control centres, time them. Then give Shropshire control a call and time their answer, they will give you an answer as local knowledge held by them is invaluable in emergency situation.
Please think of the service given by the control centres before closing them.
